Miami: Brazilians' favorite destination

In 2010, when President Barack Obama’s released an executive order expediting international tourism the real estate market was excited. At the time, that meant to have more foreign buyers, better than that, have more Brazilians investing in the market.

Years later, we see the results from that action: Brazilians home buyers purchase the third-most South Florida real estate among all foreign countries, according to the 2014 Survey of International Home Purchases conducted by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) for the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI).

About the Brazilian buyers I said it before: "Their friends are coming. They already have people they know here. There is a big Brazilian population in Miami, so for them they feel at home”. And I continue to agree with that, for Brazilians, Miami is the place to be.
